  • Services of the vehicle on leisure days and for sightseeing not included in the itinerary.
  • All alcoholic/aerated beverages, mineral water, and starters.
  • Medical and travel insurance.
  • Bookings are subject to availability.

Payment Policy:

  • For the land arrangements, we require 25% of the total package cost.
  • After issuing the vouchers, we require 50% of the total package cost.
  • The remaining 25% of the total package cost must be paid 14 days prior to the journey.
  • In case of urgent booking, i.e., less than 15 days to travel, 50% of the total package cost will be required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • There will be no retention charges for hotel bookings/transportation if cancellation is done within 40 days prior to the arrival of guests. After that, 100% retention will be charged. This cancellation policy is applicable only during Diwali and Christmas periods for groups.

Note:

  • Eravikulam National Park: Timings: 09:00 hrs – 16:00 hrs. Eravikulam National Park is closed during February and March every year due to the breeding period.
  • Tea Museum: Timings: 10:00 hrs – 16:30 hrs.
  • Mattupetty Dam: Timings: 09:30 hrs – 15:00 hrs.
  • Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary Boat Timings: 07:00; 09:30; 11:30; 14:00; 16:00 hrs. No advance ticket booking for boating at Thekkady; guests should purchase tickets directly on arrival. Kindly cross-check the boat timings once you reach, as only a few boats are available for the cruise at Thekkady.

AC deluxe houseboat:

  • Check-in Time: 12:00 noon
  • Check-out Time: 09:00 AM
  • Houseboats are for exclusive use and not shared.
  • Houseboats are accompanied by a navigator and a cook.
  • Meal plan starts with lunch and ends with breakfast (Typical Kerala cuisine; if any other cuisine is required, please inform us in advance. Extra charges will apply, and the guest must bear the additional cost).
  • From 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM, the houseboat will be stationed, and the cruise will resume at 8:00 AM.
  • AC is operational from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM (If 24-hour AC is required, extra charges will apply).
  • The cruise begins at 12:30 hrs with lunch served on board and continues until dusk.
  • At dusk, the boat will anchor in a wide waterway or lake for the night (Backwaters close to boat traffic at dusk as fishermen lay their nets). Other boats are not allowed in the backwaters after dusk.
  • The cruise resumes after breakfast the next day, and guests will be dropped off at Alleppey by 09:00 hrs. Overnight stay will be on the houseboat.
  • Since houseboats are stationed at the bank of the backwater during the night, mosquitoes and waterborne insects may appear, so it is kindly requested to carry mosquito and insect repellent.
  • The choice of food on the houseboat is limited, mostly basic South Indian meals are served.
  • The quality of houseboats cannot be compared with hotel rooms. Houseboat rooms are basic and small. The main concept of the houseboat is to explore the backwater beauty of the region, offering a close connection with nature.

Day 1

Arrive Cochin/Ernakulam to Munnar

Start your Kerala Tour by arriving at Cochin Airport or Ernakulam Railway Station. The agent will receive you and will transfer you to Munnar which will take approx. 5 hours to reach. Munnar is a town and hill station located in the Western Ghats mountain range in India’s Kerala state. Arrive Munnar. Check-in to the Hotel. Complete all the check-in formalities and then relax into your room. Spend your remaining day at the Hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2

Munnar Sightseeing

After breakfast, Proceed to visit Munnar sightseeing. Visit Echo Point, Pothenmedu View Point, Kundalay Dam, Rose Garde, Tea Estate, Blossom Park, Honey Bee Tree, Photo Point, The best place to see Nilgiri tahr (Hermitragus Hilarious)- the mountain goat of South India, Mattupetti Lake & Dam, Rajamala (Eravikulam National Park - open as per the directions by the forest authorities), considering the ecological faunal, floral, geomorphological and zoological significant, Tea Museum & Tea Plantation. Later return to the Hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3

Munnar to Thekkady

Today, after breakfast. Check out from the hotel and transfer to Thekkady. Thekkady is the location of the Periyar National Park, which is an important tourist attraction in the Kerala state of India. Arrive Thekkady by noon. Check-in to the Hotel. Later proceed to Periyar Lake which is built around the sanctuary. Boating can be done on Periyar Lake (at your own cost). Experience the view of wildlife at close quarters from the safety of a boat. If you are lucky, you can see many animals like Tigers, Deer, Elephants, etc. Try to take the morning or evening boating slot as animals come out to drink water in the morning. Visit Malluperiyar Dam and Spice Plantation where you can shop exotic spices. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4

Thekkady to Alleppey ( Houseboat )

After having a delicious breakfast, Check out from the Hotel and transfer to Alleppey also known as Alappuzha. It is best known for Houseboat cruises along the rustic Kerala Backwaters. Check-in to the Houseboat by noon and enjoy the scenic beauty, the backwaters for 21 hours in a Kerala Style Boats from 12 Noon. You will be greeted by staff in the houseboat with a welcome drink, tea, snacks, mineral water, lunch, dinner and next morning’s breakfast. Overnight stay in the Houseboat.

Day 5

Alleppey to Kovalam

After finishing your breakfast, Check out from the Houseboat and transfer to Kovalam. Kovalam is a small coastal town in the southern Indian state of Kerala, south of Thiruvananthapuram. It’s a dreamland for tourists all over the world. Arrive Kovalam. Check-in to the hotel. Later Visit Hawah Beach, Kovalam Beach, Ashoka Beach, and Light House Beach. Return to the Hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 6

Kovalam to Kanyakumari Day Tour

Morning Breakfast, check out and proceed to Kanyakumari. Kanyakumari is located at an area of 1672 sq KMs. The district is bound by Tirunelveli District on the North and the east. The South Eastern boundary is the Gulf of Munnar. On the South and the South West, the boundaries are the Indian Ocean and the Arabian Sea. On the West and North West, it is bound by Kerala. Visit the Sangam of Bay of Bengal & Arabian Sea –at Kanyakumari beach. Must watch Vivekananda Rock Memorial. Overnight stay at Kovalam.

Day 7

Kovalam to Trivandrum Drop

After breakfast check out and transfer you to the Trivandrum airport/ Trivandrum railway station for your further destination. In this way Kerala tour ends giving exciting memories to relish in for lifelong.
